This moderate compression sock is recommended for: all day and everyday wear, prolonged sitting or standing, travel, exercise and recovery, and minor to moderate varcosities and swelling. NOTE: a person with a slim calf may prefer the more powerful 20-30 mmHg compression. A person with a more athletic calf may prefer the less powerful 15-20mmHg.
